Hiko Rajczyk was born in 1984 in Israel and grew up in Cologne, Germany. His studies were in Politics and Sociology at the University of Bonn. Since 2012 he has been the founder and CEO of several companies, focusing mainly on digital marketing. In 2018, he started investing in real estate, hospitality and tech startups.

He is actively involved in charity organisations both in Israel and Cyprus, contributing to hospital developments and foodbanks for people in need.
